Referral Process
1. Submit an Inquiry
Complete the secure referral form or contact Olivia by phone or email.
2. Initial Review
We review the applicant’s needs, current circumstances, safety considerations, and potential fit.
3. Applicant Conversation
The prospective resident may participate in a phone screening or interview.
4. Availability and Fit Decision
Approval is based on available space, safety, appropriateness, and willingness to comply with expectations.
5. Move-in Coordination
When approved, we provide the resident or referring professional with the next steps, required documents, move-in expectations, and payment information.
